At CAST Professional Hair, we pride ourselves on providing high quality professional hair extensions. All of our hair is carefully sourced and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Professional Use
CAST hair extensions are professional products designed to be installed by trained stylists or experienced extension specialists.
CAST Professional Hair cannot be held responsible for issues resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or improper aftercare.
Colouring & Chemical Services
Hair extensions can be toned or coloured by professionals if required. However, CAST Professional Hair cannot guarantee results once the hair has been:
- Bleached
- Coloured
- Toned
- Chemically treated
- Exposed to harsh products
Any chemical processing performed after purchase is done at the stylist or customer’s own risk.
Hair Care
Proper aftercare is essential to maintain the quality and lifespan of hair extensions. We recommend using professional salon-quality haircare products and following appropriate extension maintenance routines.
CAST Professional Hair cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by:
- Incorrect brushing
- Excessive heat styling
- Use of unsuitable products
- Poor maintenance or aftercare
Natural Hair Variations
As our extensions are made from 100% human hair, natural variations in tone, texture, and colour may occur. These variations are normal and part of the natural characteristics of human hair.
Fault Claims
Any concerns regarding product quality must be reported within 7 days of receiving the hair.
Hair must not be installed, coloured, toned, washed, or chemically altered before a quality claim is made, as this will void any claim.
Our team may request photos or further information to assess the issue before a resolution is offered.
