Refund & Returns Policy
At CAST Professional Hair, we take great pride in the quality of our hair extensions. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we operate a strict returns policy to ensure all customers receive brand new, unused hair.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The hair must not have been opened, worn, installed, coloured, washed or tampered with
- The original packaging and security seal must remain fully intact
- The product must be in its original condition
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions if the packaging seal has been broken or removed.
If the seal has been broken, the product is considered used and non-returnable.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Hair must not be coloured, toned, chemically treated or installed before contacting us regarding a fault, as this will void any claim.
Our team may request photos or additional information so the issue can be assessed before a resolution is offered.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Trade Orders
Trade orders are intended for professional use only. In most cases, trade purchases are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.
