These Trade Terms apply to customers who have been approved for a CAST Professional Hair trade account. By purchasing using a trade account, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Trade Accounts

Trade accounts are available exclusively to professional hair stylists, salons, and industry professionals.

CAST Professional Hair reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke trade account access at any time if we believe the account is not being used in accordance with our trade terms.

Trade Pricing

Approved trade customers will receive exclusive professional pricing on eligible products.

Trade discounts are automatically applied at checkout once you are logged into your trade account.

Trade pricing is strictly for professional use only and products purchased using trade discounts must not be resold online, through third-party marketplaces, or distributed in a way that may harm the CAST brand.

Professional Use

CAST hair extensions are professional products intended to be installed by trained stylists or industry professionals.

CAST Professional Hair cannot be held responsible for issues resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or improper aftercare.

Returns & Refunds

Trade purchases are intended for professional use and therefore may not be eligible for standard consumer returns.

Returns may only be considered if the product is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, and this must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products must not be opened, worn, installed, coloured, washed, or chemically treated before reporting a fault.

Misuse of Trade Accounts

CAST Professional Hair reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove trade access if we believe a trade account is being misused, including but not limited to:

• Reselling products outside of a professional salon environment
• Sharing trade discounts with non-trade customers
• Misrepresenting the CAST brand

Policy Updates

CAST Professional Hair reserves the right to update or amend these trade terms at any time to ensure the integrity of our professional trade network.
